In compliance with decisions of Volga TGC General Shareholders’ meeting dated May 21, 2008 and the Board Meeting of October 28, 2008 the authority of sole executive body were delegated to asset management body – CJSC “Integrated Energy Systems” (IES-Holding) from November 1, 2008.
The Executive Vice-president of IES-Holding - head of “Volga Generation” division, Mr. Vladimir Dikop has become the new head of Volga TGC. Previously Mr. Dikop occupied the post of Volga TGC Technical Director.

Born on July 12, 1949 in Vorkuta, Komi ASSR
In 1971 Mr. Dikop graduated from Kuibushev Polytechnic Institute, with a specialization “thermal power engineering”. Candidate of science (engineering).
Worked as shift foreman of boiler-and-turbine shop at Kuibushev (Samara) TPP, head of PTO of Kuibushev (Samara) TPP, chief engineer of Samara TPP of Joint-Stock Company “Samaraenergo”, from 1997 till 2001 Mr. Dikop worked as Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer of Samaraenergo.
In 2001 he became the technical director of one of the first Russian asset management companies in electric power industry – the Public JSC “Mid-Volga Interregional Management Power Company”.. From 2004 till 2006 he exercised functions of General Director of Public JSC “Mid-Volga Interregional Management Power Company”.
In August 2005 Mr. Dikop was appointed Technical Director, first Deputy Board Chairman of Public JSC «Volga TGC» (TGC-7).
From November 1, 2008 - the Executive Vice-president of IES-Holding - head of «Volga Generation division.
